Christ!!!! that's 3 (or more) times worst than the potholes we have here in Chicago!! i heard you say that the horses are put there to alert the drivers but if you ask me it looks more like those horses are there for comparison!! lol and also you say that somebody might get killed will not necessarily killed but have their car badly damaged for sure!!

throw a little dirt /gravel in the hole would be better than just putting horses around it.

If I can't get one politician to come to an informational picket/support rally for the brutal and senseless murder of an innocent 13-month old helpless baby (Josiah Shaw) while strapped in his car seat, what makes you think they give a damn about the condition of this city?
