Couldn't they tie their bathing suits together, make some kind of lanyard, weigh it down with the snorkeling mask the bitch was wearing, toss it overboard, let the weighted end fall back in the water, thus obtaining a strong enough support for the lightest of chicks to get back on board and lower the goddamn ladder?
