I thought Elohim means God is in Man means Human.

Allah means God as in one single entity, So Elohim could be used to mean gods (more than one god) Allah means one god, only god.

So one cannot appropriate one for the other. Also, The reason Jesus cannot be likened to be the Son of Elohim, is because he is not the Son of GodS. He and the Father make up "Elohim" (hence the plurality). He is the Son of Yahveh. Jesus is hebrew is "Yahashua" which = the Salvation of Yah. The more popular Aramaic "Yeshua".
