The 69'ers were a well known Australian rock/pop/jug/country band formed in Sydney in 1969. They released two albums and a number of singles. As well, they toured extensively in Australia and appeared at the Sunbury Rock Festival in 1973 and 1974. They were known for their comedy, and for dressing up bizarrely on stage. This was their first single from 1970.

  • Where are they now? Where is Frances Butler?

  • saw them at Sunbury 72 or 73, they did "Nothing could be finer that to have a 69er in the morning. Nothing could be sweeter than to lick her and to eat her in the morrrrrnnnning." True class.

  • My friend Martin C. drummed for them in the 1980's I think it was. Saw them at some pub/bar North Sydney. Martin forgot to put my name on the list so I had to pay to get in...:) Wonder what happened to him?

  • Harry rag was their most successful song
