  • 1000 shops in the next 10 years or less which will created roughly 150000 more jobs is very good to say the least so for me for him to be able to do this and reward staff and THEN on top of that give them a bonus aswell and then still be able to reward himself is fantastic and he is exceeding his sales as well is staff are to and i do promise they will get rewarded for it and are getting rewarded for it. need i say anymore !!

  • as i was saying .... is roughly £400 and pushes training so that colleagues can continue their growth within sainsburys and any problems he likes to be dealt with very fairly, he is a very people person also hence being 100% fairtrade now, i think he is a very inspring person and he has worked incredibly hard to get the company where it is now and to create the amount of jobs that he has... which with the state the country is in now is fantastic news and he is pushing to get another .....

  • actually rudyyoungblood before justin took over as CEO sainsburys was in trouble and was close to going into administration or being bought, when justin took over he has exceeded the targets that were set out for him, he bought jacksons he has opened hundreds more shops within the uk alone which has created thousands more jobs. he rewards his employees everytime they "make a difference" and then he gives them a 3% bonus on top of that which if you work FULL time is roughly £400..to be continued

  • im friends wiv his son... nice house and cars

  • @rudyyoungblood2223 he earns too much yes... he's also very inspring tho i must say (worker her at sainsburys for 8 years) met him wen he visited our sainsburys must say 1. he woz very inspiring about the whole company in sainsburys, he cares as much as he can for a massive company to the little people though like us, and glad he's totally behind fair trade too who work harder then us most probally

  • this guy is a bellend. gives his staff who are really makin a difference to sainsburys shit bonuses like £60, whilst he takes home £5.5M as bonus
