When this is cooled completely, will it be (should it be) crunchy? (Like the store bought stuff?)

How many people does this feed? So if I need double like 2 pices for each person do i double the ingredients?

@Dolphindream15 The recipe is on my blog post Dec. 6, 2010...but there are only 4 ingredients: Classic Shortbread
1/2 cup butter, 1/3 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 tsp vanilla, 1 cup flour 325 F, for 30-35 mins.
