I've gone 83 mph thru that turn in the summer ... But in the snow and rain ... I've seen tractor trailers actually side over two lanes .... More the trailers then the truck ... If you look at the barriers and concrete pillars .. You can see the chunks missing from the trucks trailers and cars hitting them ... It's really not a bad turn ... until you add weather and traffic in the mix
@GTVAlfaMan WOW you sad enough to go back seven months and reply to a comment? And american cars are mainly for straight roads not narrow corners as such. And you bring the uk into this and if you see roads over here they have changed ALOT i should know
What an idiotic statement. "American cars are not built for turns? " My cars turn just fine. Yes, American roads are bigger, better, wider and much longer than what you have in the UK. As a matter of fact, British roads were designed originally for horse carts and have not changed much in width since hundreds of years ago.
@al3699 Dumbass. You've never driven that section of road, apparently. It is dangerous because most people don't beleive that an interstate highway will go from 65mph to 35mph for a 90 degree turn.
