So sorry this happened to you, guy. This is wrong but it's where our country is right now. Our rights are being taken away from us more and more each day. Join the revolution.

Your son should have a nice college education when you win the lawsuit.

I'm not a father (yet). I think i would have offered to help put him in the car and just not let go. If they are acting illegally i could not hand over my son to criminals.

@crash4dafun Its not the law. The CPS and the police are guilty of several crimes here. This is the kind of thing that happens when good men stay quiet. The public eye is something they don't like. Neither do the politicians. Make the issue as public as possible. TV, Newpaper, Politicians. Hand out flyers. Get people to write letter to the authorities. The main thing- Don' t give them any peace. Don't shut up. Don't go away, Never take No for an answer. And Never Quit. Be their worst nighmare.

This is against the law and typical of the crap that CPS does. They don't go by the law in most states, especially the eastern states. They just make it up as they go. The government is like a vampire, they don't like the light of the public eye. You have to make what they did very public. Go to the politicans, senators, City Counselman, Governor, the head of State Depts, Don't Shut up, don't go away, and never take no for an answer. If you want to control a horse, grab his head not his ass.

@ladybugmalibu Where did having money play into this. If he had money and there hadn't been a camera on them, the father could probably got his son. He was still married to the mother. That mean no court orders, this mean the father has as much right to his son as the mother. The father was never given any reason why he couldn't have his son. CPS and cops are tolally in the wrong. The law is very clear about parents rights. Make flyers get people to call politicians.Be their worst nightmare
