An observation of how soft boiled eggs were processed and sold in most F&B outlets, soft boiled eggs came out inconsistent most of the time and customers were clearly disappointed.

In coming up with our technology, looked at developing a machine that not only could process soft boiled eggs consistently but also possessed the technology to :
1) Process in large quantities for commercial/individual usage
2) Process egg whites and yolks to an acceptable consistency at all times
3) Preserve the nutrients in the eggs
4) Use the minimum usage of electricity
5) Advocates the Slow Cooked Movement concept

The Features of Soft Boiled Eggs Processing Machine
* Any grades eggs will be fine, although the recommended commercial Grade B is a good option.

* The power consumption of this machine is approximately 35 cents and if the machine is switched on for 24 hours, it will cost approximately RM 2.00

* Soft Boiled Egg Processing Machine is under warranty for 12 months.

* You can put in more than 80 eggs, but make sure water does not overflow when covered with lid!

* Soft Boiled Egg Processing Machine has a super smart PCB that has a memory system embedded in it. So you do not need to restart the cooking process all over again UNLESS the power failure occurred during the cooking process while LED is still RED in colour, which all you need to do is start the process again by pressing (I) and then press (II) once power back on.

* If there is no water in the container and I switched on the machine to begin processing, there are 3 safety fuse to counter any untoward electrical events.

* We are now undergoing stringent safety tests with TUV PSB TEST in order to obtain the Certificate of Conformity (in Singapore) & worldwide.

Conservative calculation: Based on the selling price at RM1.80/ set.
Cost of Grade B eggs (2pcs): RM0.70
Cost of water, electricity and other variable: RM0.10/ set.
RM1.80 (Selling price) -- RM0.80 (Cost) = RM1.00/ set (Profit).
RM1.00 (Profit) X 80 sets/ day = RM80.00/ day.
ROI based on 44 days calculation = RM80.00 X 44 days = RM3,520.00
