  • is the park gone now?.

  • The Park still exists, but it hasn't opened the past two seasons. It's now in its third winter of 'abandonment' and is deteriorating. I shot some video of it last month. I'll upload it in the next day or two.

  • I got very emotional watching this video. I can't believe I found a video of Bushkill park on Youtube. I can't bare look at the park when I drive by it. I wish it could be fixed. I would do whatever to help but they'll probably tear it down and build houses because Easton just needs more houses built, yeah right!.

  • "Throw all of your rings into the ring box!" Awesome! Thanks.

  • This is really sad. I remember riding this time and time again as a child. I have so many good memories from Bushkill Park and the carousel was always my favorite ride there. Thank you for capturing this moment.

  • @Wurlitzer157 is it still there or has it been torn down. and where is it located if it is still there

  • @anglerfly

    Not really...

Officer of the day is a bit slower.

But they are both on the same roll.

    No, it's Paul revere's ride.

  • The first one is officer of the day

  • I used to attend the yearly Western Electric picnic at Bushkill and even played in a band there as a child. I remember Birch Beer and the Penny Arcade with the tickets to present for prizes, The Wild Mouse, The Barrel, Whip, and the smell of the fountain.

Last visited in 2004 and 2006 with my own kids. I believe if the floods would not have occurred, it would still be there.

Thank you for posting this and bringing back fond memories InspectorJoe.
