  • i think that is right, but there is this strategy in the 1600m where you start out slower because you then can kick your heart out for the last 600m... regardless, amazing race

  • I think he's saying that because the girls need to get under 4:07 and at the pace they're going, they were going they weren't going to make it, that's why he said they were too slow?

  • if you're already dying at the end of the first lap, you went out too fast.

  • that commentator needs to chill it. he probably never ran a day in his life and hes saying "they're TOO SLOW"
