  • since when singers and actors are considered "great" ?

  • @theMuaDDiholic Singers are artists. The same way a painting can move you with its color, structure and message; a singer can move you with his/her voice, lyrics, and music. An artist can have a big impact on society. Artists can be great and they are essential for the survival of a society. Music and poetry are as important to society as science. Science, music, and poetry are food to the mind, the same way salad, bread, and meat are food to the stomach.

  • couscouswoman can you tell me why are they Great? i mean what they Achieved?

i know little about Queen Rania, maybe also about Sheikha Mozah ...

Lalla Salma announced her support for the global prevention campaign "Today's children, tomorrow's world" of the International Union Against Cancer (UICC). As UICC Special Representative and the WHO Goodwill Ambassador for the promotion of prevention and cancer care, she considers the fight against cancer as "a school of humility and a determination of collective solidarity". "The fight against cancer must be given the urgency and the importance that it merits - and, now."

  • First one she's Moroccan Princess wife of the king :) very beautiful

  • @rita21200 You are mixing two things: Arab is a race, American is a nationality. You can be Arab and American at the same time. Instead of checking youtube, why don't you go have better education. You should know that there are many Americans who are Arabs. If you want to know who they are, type the Arab Americans in you tube search window.

  • THE GREAT AND DREAM PERSON IS QUEEN NOOR!!!!!!

  • @mentehe1 I started this discussion but then I ended it because you are childish and big headed. You carry on talking to me because think you are so right, but I am the one who is mature enough to stop arguing.

I only reply now to tell you it's not school. It's university.

  • @dtrez09 aha, so it turned out that you're just another idiot who can't even make a decent dialogue.

you're the one who commented on my 1st comment. so next time when you see a comment just cut the crap and don't comment you ignorant idiot.

go back to your school boy and try to learn something

  • @mentehe1 I don't even know why I am still talking to you. I am not hear to debate who should take credit for music. I am not even hear to debate whether these people are great women. Just stop talking to me. I have to go and learn things now, something you are clearly opposed to.

  • @dtrez09 what I meant by songs is the "singer factor" songs may contain a great piece of music or some amazing lyrics. all I said was that singers and actors are over-rated>

  • @mentehe1 Really? Because what I heard you say was songs die eventually, which is just not true.

  • @dtrez09 hey you, I didn't say that old is gold, and that music is dead. I said that singers and actors are over-rated, I said that Musicians, poets, and painters are the real artists, and that has nothing to do with the timing of their existence, whether its the 1800's or 2011.

  • @mentehe1 no your taste in art is completely close-minded. You assume just because it's modern it isn't good? You assume just because somebody sings a song they didn't write it? Singing is just as much a talent as being able to write lyrics or poetry anyway. Only some people can do it and don't tell me they don't work hard.

  • @dtrez09 say what? do you compare vivaldi to a singer, a mere performer, omg.....

am sorry man, but your taste of art is shallow

  • @mentehe1 A musical piece by Vivaldi is a song no less than modern songs today.
