  • He is wrong on one point. The Call cancel button does not cancel hall buttons. It will cancel any errant car caLL. tHE HALL BUTTONS AUTOMACTICALLY GO OFF ON ACTIVATION OF FIREMAN SERVICE.

  • Phase 1 fire service: outside fire recall switch where the call button is

Phase 2 fire service: inside fire recall switch

  • Love THis .

  • Will fire service put a trouble on the fire alarm panel?

  • He did'nt check to see if the safe rays were out on phase 1 or 2. He needs a code book.

  • @blackmaxima They're all over ebay now.

  • Series 1 fixtures.

Nudge Mode uses the "Dover Buzz".

  • @WhelenVTXR2 Nope. It's Series-1 Fixtures, used since 1980 or so.

  • Wow

Reading thru these comments sounds like we all know what to do better than that dude

  • That's wierd it should not ding at the floor when you arrive. Fire service usually disables that.

And when turning fire service off you go from on to bypass to off

  • Also, if you remove the key and switch it to the off position while at another floor, the elevator will recall back to the main floor.

  • The otis elevator that has a dover buzz?? When the elevators were being recalled, the dover buzz went off. its an otis!
