Use chopsticks like the Chinese, why do you think many of them are soo small. Unless the Lap Band is for medical reasons it sounds like people just can't control how they eat.

She's dead on with everything she's saying. I recently got a lap band and find that anything in small bites and chewed up really well go down like butter. And chopping up salads is great. You can't ever "gulp" down huge bites because you feel so much pain in the pouch when that happens. Makes eating a pain in the ass, but it totally works!

How do it look after surgery can you see it? Do they have something hanging out of your stomach? Because im thinking about having the surgery.
