  • i quit today and watched this video before heading to bed. It was a Godsend and it has renewed my commitment. Thank You.

  • I think it's great that you've laid all that on the table. You're definitely right about things being distractions from ourselves. You don't even have to focus on yourself when you're free of bad habits. It just comes naturally. It's very important in life to NOT dwell on yourself, but rather to just enjoy being yourself.

  • loved the closing. 5*

  • Natasha, this is definitely one of your best videos! Great insights here that reflect much of what we all are struggling with.

    Peace.

  • I love your ideas about addiction! You're are so inspirational!!

  • Addiction is a mental disease that enslaves the addicted. about 10% of the population are addicts and most will need professional help to break that addiction.

  • Great topic. It would be great if you could address overeating on a raw food diet (if you haven't already). I lost 100 pounds five years ago, but went raw last year and have found that recently overeating is more of an issue, even though it's just raw foods and doesn't generally translate to a weight gain problem... it's still not a positive behavior and doesn't feel good... Any thoughts?

  • i am the worst at overeating

its healthy things though, thank god

but i know im full and i cant stop =/
