No, you can't ride the rides as the game is 2d.

The download will be free, but to access the online content of the game you will need to register the game which will either be free or very cheap (cheaper than No Limits or RCT).

I'm afraid it all depends on how much the server will cost me to run. I do not want to make it free if i will lose a lot of money from server fees.
