I've had some local Real Estate Agents request how to add a flyer to their blog or to Facebook. In this video, I teach two methods for accomplishing this task using a .jpg image and also using a pdf uploaded to scribd.com.

Note that the both the image I used and the pdf I used were tagged or keyworded as "Baton Rouge Real Estate Open House Flyer Goodwood Place Goodwood Estates Lobdell Place Thursday November 17th 2011 From 2-4 PM" so it would be properly indexed for search.

This is great, Bill! I have a scribd account but never thought about the marketing aspects of it. I will have to download (or is it upload..I always get those mixed up) all of my marketing pieces to scribd with SEO tagging. Also will post these brochures to facebook, twitter, blog, etc.
