In order to accomplish your stretching goals: Be completely enthusiastic and motivated and memorize the warm-up routine and position. It doesn't matter if you do not have the best flexibility. Set a short term goal and keep at it on regular basis with your best effort.

  • @FBuilding then you don't need such stretches, because you already can hit anybody's head) If you overdo, your feet will fly over it every time)

  • the one who disliked is a fat guy that is lazy an jeolous

  • smart thinking using door as an equiment to stretch..

  • i'm taller than my doorframe :(

  • this guy is just awesome

  • good one!

  • now this is the shit for stretching! im wanting to see more of this guy in ACTION

  • @darkmanlive i guess i have the same problem though not having muscle tears nor cramps yet, but i advise us to start with the very basic stretching exercises, not overdo them, and little by little increase the level of difficulty.

  • @darkmanlive do dynamic (not ballistic ) stretching.

  • not actually muscle tears more like cramps
