Cracking the Code: The Fascinating Truth About Taxation In America. A look at the Internal Revenue Code form a fresh perspective from the very intelligent Pete Hendrickson
@bosunbilly He is in prison, but you are a coward who doesnt realize that an income tax is immoral, and that people like him are true patriots and hero's they are the ones who fight for our freedoms,an income tax so convoluted, is in defiance of the 13th amendment, that there should be no slavery or involuntary servitude in the United States of America,if I took 30% of your income every pay, and threatened you with prison by gunpoint and the courts cooperated and put you away.what is that called?
As I understand it they can only tax profit so if you trade hours of your life for money it seems to me that there is no profit, you are simply trading this for that,if anything you are worse off because no one can pay you what your time on earth is really worth!!!
i HAVE A FRIEND OF A FRIEND WHO'S ENTIRE FAMILY DOES NOT PAY TAX. ITS CRAZY, BUT THEY GET AWAY WITH IT. THEY CARRY A CARD WITH THEM THAT IDENTIFIES THEM AS A PART OF SOME GROUP. The IRS comes to his house & they show him a gun & say "lets meet at the diner in 10 minutes" He says " yea ok" & never shows up. There's nothing the govt can do about it. lol. I swear on my entire family that this is true. They are financially independant people/family, but THEY DO NOT PAY TAX. It's wild.
@spinereader According to the indictment, Hendrickson filed false income tax returns (Forms 1040) and false substitutes for wage statements (Forms 4852) for the years 2000, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 reporting that he had received no wages in those years even though he had in fact received wages in those years.
You may want to familiarize *yourself* with the case before you make such assertions.
@bosunbilly Actually, Pete Hendrickson did not claim that 'wages weren't income and filed his taxes as such'. You may want to familiarize yourself with the case before you make such assertions.
@1210catman He's not a hero, he's a criminal at best and a terrorist at worst.
Tell everyone here how uncle Petey bombed a post office.

Yeah, you'll pardon me if I just don't lose any sleep over that.

@1210catman Stop spreading stupidity. The man who espoused the idea you're regurgitating is sitting in prison.
That's all the proof I need.
