Red Stick a Balsa USA Stick 40.
The 3 channel model airplane is powered by an OS LA46 engine, and controlled with a Futaba 6EX 2.4 GHz radio. Servos are Futaba also. It was scratch built by a fellow club member some time ago, and I bought it at a garage sale last summer less servos, receiver, and battery. The plane wasn't damaged during landing. I was too far out in the tall grass, and made a last second correction which then caused the model to bounce into the propeller. Either that, or the fact that I'm a beginner. The equipment will now be put into the four channel Silver Stick, and Red Stick will be donated to the club (RRAMS) if another trainer is needed.
UPDATE: Why does everybody call it a swizzle stick?
