This war is about oil, revenge for a father's failure and fat contracts for ridiculously rich people who don't respect our country and it's people. The Bush camp is manipulating your fear to carry a completely different agenda than what they say it's about. Time to think for yourself and take the country back to leading the world because we stand for what is right.

(continued from last comment) He starts to lose hope but then an angel appears telling him not to worry, he'll make it. And he laughs and crys at the fact that his child is being born on Christmas, in Bethlehem, PA. I'm telling you about this because I have been unable to find it on Youtube or any other streaming site. Why is that? Does anybody know? Did people find it a terrible song and never upload it?

I want to know something. I heard one Jefferson Pepper song on the radio a few times. It's a christmas song called Bethlehem, PA. It's a story told by a trucker who was forced to work early christmas morning, he stops at a weigh station and calls his pregnant wife, who tells him that she is going into labor. He immediatly turns the truck around to head back, with only a single star to guide him. As he gets close, a red light appears on his dashboard indicating he has a problem.

making songs like this is not patriotic. it may be helpful to the american soldiers but it was made with zero regard for the iraqis/muslims. how dare they sing a christmas song on occupied muslim land?!? just goes to show how fucked up americans are. totally oblivous to the feelings and cultures of other people.

1st off the song was not sung in iraq, it was recorder in good ole usa, it was just about the iraq war. and christmas is a figurative term mening a time to give and the song shows Jeffs view of what we "gave" iraq. We gave them a raw deal, jeff is compassionate towrd the civilian iraqis. And as for the soldier this is about he is the best patriot i know. He will fight but only after he makes every attempt for negotiating peace. you confuse patriotism with the red neck kill em all mentality

Jeff this is dave I would liek to say after hearing it for the first dozen and a half times it never gets old.
To all the people who feel that this is a "Campaign and were winning." I would like to sell you beach front propert in colorado. A person has to be blind to think we are winning a fight that can't be one. You can't stop a terrorist group By killing them. Then their families will take their place. It is a viciouse Cycle. and one we shouldn't even be a part of.
