I can sure relate to this. When my crown chakra started opening up more, as a result of Kundalini waves, the volume went way up. The tones went so high in pitch that I couldn't concentrate. I barely slept for the first two months of my Kundalini awakening. For a time, I could've heard a dog whistle. My ears pick up everything. Chakra meditations have done wonders for that. That substance you talked about in this video was most likely ectoplasm. I've experienced this, as well. Namaste, Casey.

Slow down my friend, just slow down, meditate as to the Silence, relax, just relax sister, back off of the Spiritual things for a minute, just back off off for a minute, dear heart. Everything, just stop all for a minute. Not forever, just slow down sweetie, eat some good food food, sleep well, and recharge my friend. Enjoy my relay, my friend, the pace has been set, I have succumbed, the kundalini is now running the show. I am merely attempting to pay attention, enough to relay perhaps 1/100th of what is actually happening. What a rush. Indeed!
