How to punish your HOA: Domestic Tranquility Disturbed

One man's way of protesting the disturbing loss of fundamental rights of Home Ownership...to the MAFIA called "Mandatory Associations Foreclosing in America". Over 60 million Americans have been assimilated into Mandatory associations, which are not democratic institutions, but Fascist organizations that undermine constitutional rights by placing perpetual "Contracts" on all new housing. These maggots claim we agree to these one-sided contracts when we buy our American Dream homes. This claim is a fraud and deception - the law says that a petition must be circulated and a majority of the landowners must sign it before a Mandatory association can exist. Show me the petition with 51% of the homeowner's signature on it and I'll shut the flock up. Till then, I renounce the authorities vested in any Mandatory Association, and ask that they cease and desist in acting under the color of authority until they show me the petition with 51% of the homeowners agreeing to continue this "contract" that they base their authority on. The Mafia is alive and well, and educating the masses about this Fascist infiltration is my goal!

There needs to be state laws regarding mismanagement. However, many homeowners in HOA's are ignorant of the rules in many cases. Read the by-laws before you agree to the home. These people who move in with a big truck and complain that they are getting fined for their commercial vehicle are just stupid.

Sadly most HOA's don't hold up to their end of the bargain, either, and steal money all the time.

@richflocker An HOA is designed to protect your interests. Whether it does, or does not, is an entirely different issue. It is the same as, "Read the contract before you sign it." There are plenty of bad business deals out there, you just don't do it.

If you want to live life your own way, then buy a house out in the woods. That is what I plan to do.

@Polarcupcheck No, they are designed to protect DEVELOPER's interests while the developer is selling houses. Then, when the developer leaves, the then owners should VOTE on continuance of the fascist doctrine. There is never a vote on this issue by the people - by design these fascist regimes violate the constitution (rule against perpetuities) and are designed to suck the liberty out of our American Dreams.

You agreed to buy the house and signed the contract and did not know about HOA. If you did you did not get a copy of c c & R and read them so you knew what you were buying it is your fault. I bet you did not have your own personal a lawyer that represented you look at it & explained it before you signed contract.

@samten10a Nobody "agrees" to surrender protections from government abuse in the Bill of Rights. HOAs are Mini-Governments that do not abide by the law of the land in the USA. These governments were instituted by Developers for their benefit, and to the detriment of homeowners. Just have a friend park a car in front of their property for a long time and then complain that they are parking int he street. Old people get hilariously mad at that for some reason.
