Opening credits to Valerie from 1986. Valerie starred Valerie Harper, Jason Bateman, and Josh Taylor. It aired on NBC. It was later called Valerie's Family and then The Hogan Family.

Yeah, I thought that was dumb when they killed off Valerie Harper's character just cause she missed one day of work, I mean come one that's stupid. but Valerie got NBC in the end by suing them for wrongful dismissal, she should've remained on the show cause I never cared for Sandy Duncan at all, even though her smile did bring a breath of fresh air to the show.
