@omnamagni Actually, it is indeed Spanish. "Ser" is the verb for "to be" and "Qué" is "what." In the future tense, the infinitive of the verb is used, attaching a subject-specific ending to it (in this case, -á). So "Qué será, será" actually does mean "Whatever will be, will be."

i know that in spanish it means 'what would it be?' (if its a question) but, is it in spanish?

It is such a meaning.Japanese who affected by a certain movie may have Japanized it.
It may seem to say "Whatever will be.will be." in the American one.
