This guy hasn't said anything that 50 million people haven't said before him. He uses slightly high class terminology to sound better educated than [I believe] he is. Some of the things he added to the marinade were in such trivial amounts that I seriously doubt it would have an effect in the end result. He provides no insight to the right quality of ingredients or *way* to marinade. An open casserole is an awful vessel for marination.
Long story short: More like mediocrevillage
