19th -Sept -2011 : Homegrown car maker Tata Motors has given India one of the most stunning and heartthrob SUV-Tata Safari, now, Tata is soon to bring in a new avatar of Tata Safari christened as Tata Merlin. Speculations regarding Tata's plan to introduce Tata Merlin began almost two years ago. Since then Tata Merlin was spotted on test runs at several spots, some spied details, visuals also emerged, all fuelled the already heightened anticipation for the new Tata SUV. Tata Merlin price in India is expected to remain around Rs 10 lakh. Also, Tata Merlin is expected to arrive by the September end and Tata will be selling both Tata Safari and Merlin as these have different features and pricing.
