Decoding a Portal Radio Transmission

This is an example of a decoded SSTV radio transmission in the recent portal update where radios are scattered around the game. All of them have been decoded already but this is just an example of one of them. Some easy google searches will come up with the rest or you can do it yourself =)

If no one had already known about the SSTV codes, and I just happened to come up with the bright idea of decoding this late one night, then saw a fucking SKULL slowly unloading on my screen, I'd piss myself!
