  • All you fools who can't remember that Frank debuted in the Pancrase tourney a HUGE underdog and went onto defeat Bas Ruten are jabronies.

    Frank is a legend. End of story.

  • I'm of the opinion that I don't get to pass judgment on the viability of the training methods of a multiple time UFC Champion. I also feel like you can see evidence of his balance work from the yoga ball in his fight with Tito in round 4. Tito lifts him to control him, and Frank just glides over Tito's head and spins on a dime to mount the standing attack while Tito tries to figure out what happened. It may not be a high percentage circumstance, but Frank looks like a genius in that moment.

  • @lunasearevived he fought him 3 times he won the first time.

  • @CorpseCall man, it was KEN Shamrock who beat Bas. Frank lost 2 out of 2 times against Bas. Get your facts straight next time.

  • @MoneyComesEZ so! you can beat him then? do you make money from being good? who the fuck are you?

  • some great training there! does anyone here know franks height weight and body fat % ; I met him in vegas at a ufc back in 2004 and he looked about 5-10 and it was tough to tell his weight, I'd guess he was around 185-195 at the time, no body fat at all ; he was a nice guy ; I enjoyed watching him fight in panc. ufc, and strikeforce ; he was 1 one of the first who showed good wrestling, striking, subs, bc in the beg most were 1 dimensional;
