These are really interesting, but it would be a lot better if you would hold up a picture of the person before and after while you're referring to the work they've had done.

The report is informative but Why didn't the doctor or the camera men.. showed up the comparison pictures of celebrity Joan Rivers instead of just focusing the cam on the doc speaking...
