Saturday's World on Your Plate: Brazilian was a feast for both the audience's taste buds and their eyes. Creative and authentic performances, live music, skilful artists and informative media were some of the features of this day. We joined Chef Jaqueline Maciel from Savour and Devour as she prepared peixe moqueado (fish), acarajé tradicional (fried shrimp and bean savouries) and sagu (a sweet).
