You're forgetting about Tech N9ne, Hopsin, Atmosphere, Lupe Fiasco, Grieves, Saigon, Pharoah Monche. As for classic hip hop there's Kool G Rap, Rakim, Del the Funkee, Pac and many other greats. Jay Z used to be one of the best though until the bitch turned commercial.
