Morning Mood on Fedje in Norway (Norskekysten)

A fantastic quiet morning in the outer ocean on the west coast. The trip went from Fedje along west side of Sotra until Bekkjarvik in Austevoll. We try a little fishing with saithe, pollack and mackerel were in Fedjeosen. The big catfish stalled. In the long ocean waves sleep part of the crew later in the day. With the old wooden boat MS Evelyn enjoyed we the day at sea

My father's family was from Fedje and I have always wondered. Longing for family history as well.

I was taken to a place which should have been in my past. I very comforting place. Very familiar, in my heart. Never being there, but feeling that I should have.  Maybe in my life I will be able too.
