No it is not CIWWAF. Someone can say that it will sound more like something but that is not true. Look at Panic! At The Disco, Brendon said that they are bringing back A Fever You Can't Sweat Out but Vices & Virtues sounds nothing like it. The truth is, a band's music is always going to change. Every band knows that and every listener should know that, i mean you are the one that listens to the music. So don't complain about the sound being different because frankly it isn't your choice
