The addon is called IceHUD.  I usually grab it from the "Curse" gaming website. :)

Great vid! Hey I have a question that will probly make me look retarted but here goes: why hasn't anyone downed Lich King yet? I mean yeah some people might not have gotten to it but I don't see one vid on him being killed yet. I'm a pvper so idk :D

Blightstrike is correct, the Lich King isn't available yet. Blizz split up the instance so it's similar in progression to how Sunwell Plateau was. The first section is the only one open right now, and on January 4th (or 5th, can't remember off the top of my head) will open the next set of bosses. The Lich King himself probably won't be available for another few weeks after that. Hope this helps!

lol one thing is fun.... how the fuck can a Main tank be on 1 or 2 in dps and damage?? (that happend to me XD me and my friend as fighting about first place and she is the main tank in icc 10 Lord Marrowgar ;)
