As a fan I do not pay a large amount of money to go to a concert and hear a prerecorded track. Make all of the excuses you want for them these people still get paid well enough to perform live. If their lead singer can't they shouldn't bilk the fans out of their money to listen to recorded audio.

Augeri could never sing like this, not even in 2001. Not only is this proformance canned, but it is lip synced from an already canned concert with autotune 4 years earlier.
Don't get me wrong I really like Steve Augeri, but this is just a joke! lol

yeah, this one sounds exactly alike with the 2001 live performance... i just don't understand why they had to do it. i love Augeri but i feel sorry for him for what happened... i know he doesn't want to do it, there was just no other options...

This is live.... from the 2001 Dvd. I love Augeri, and thought he did well in Journey and thought he wasn't rewarded with the rest he deserved and his voice could have been saved. With that said, this is lipped. You look at many 2005 clips where on multiple nights the same vocals are displayed from the 2001 arrival dvd.

I am a Steve Perry Faithful...but holy crap...Arnel has a VERY impressive range...,I like Augeri too....but I have to give the nod now to Arnel...I mean everyone is copying Steve....but in a way Steve copied Robert Fleischman...IMHO

steve was fine until late 2005.everything before was never lipped!journey toured him to death without letting him rest his voice.i wish that some people would just accept that and give the guy the credit he deserves for carrying journey for 8 FUCKING YEARS!
