Amala.. was probably the first actress in the South to be a gym and fitness symbol. I guess she was size zero of the 80s... what a beautiful and complete woman. Its sad that grace and beauty and talent was never utilized fully. Women never recieve good work to showcase their talent. They just used Amala to be arm candies to heroes.. I pity actresses of the yesteryears and even of today in this regard!
