NEWS FLASH!
This classic 'Feature Presentation' bumber used exclusively for the WDHV banner is from 1991, NOT 1992. It was first seen on a 3rd printing of "The Rescuers Down Under" from November 1991. Go ask systemoperator, who people say that he's smart on Buena Vista tapes from the 90s', he probably used to work for Disney!

This bumper was used in The Jungle Book(1991 print), Pinocchio(1993 print), The Lion King(1995 VHS), and 101 Dalmatians(1992 print).

@MoreAnuk96 Polaroid PDC-3070 3.2 Megapixel Digital Camera. I thought it was made in 2001, but it was made somewhere around 2005-2006, I think.
