I did not have a problem with the Theraflu. However I did have to purchase them in the boxes. The bottles were all sold out. The manager followed me to check out to see if they would produce the rr. She said she did no get her rewards.

Awesome savings! I didn't have any luck with the Theraflu items. I tried at two different stores and it just wouldn't give me the RR's. I was told that the total price had to be at least $10 to get the $5RR.

I sure hope the thing with the TheraFlu and the $10.00 isn't going to become policy at the stores now because that is going to change the couponing game drastically. I normally don't buy items that say if you spend a certain amount you will get back a certain amount so I haven't experienced any issues yet.

@sands70 I saw on WildForWags this morning that the "Multi-Sympton Severe Cold w/Lipton" is the culprit. For some reason that box is not "coded" as part of the deal, even though it is pictured in the sale information. So if someone were to just buy 2 of the "Night Time" they might not encounter the same problem. But I think if its brought up to management it could easily be fixed - as it was for me.
