It is his contribution to Pan-Africanism that is important, not whether he was late to it or not. That's too petty a point to quibble over, don't you think?
Did anyone know that this man sold out marcus garvey. The white folks put in front of an organization called the naacp which was founded by a jew.

You are correct. He was not a saint, and he outgrew the NAACP too: his was not a perfet life.
