70 Inch Hurdle Jump - Program 51 - Vertical Jump - Jump higher

http://www.iconathletes.com For the 1 leg hoppers out there, a 70 inch hurdle jump. For those who have seen the jump tape and think I'm 6'3, I guess it would be a 75 inch Hurdle jump....

this is seriously kick ass but its not a hurdle jump it is more of a cross between a hurdle jump and scissoring

Its just a hurdle jump their is no cross. Its just a single leg hurdle jump most people who post vids jump off two. Scissoring would mean that I turn my body totally sideways and at no point would both feet be at the same level. As the lead leg is going down over the bar the trail leg is coming up.
