  • how about building a CEB press which makes the bricks somehow like legobricks where you can put them together?

  • If you spent more time building a bigger CEB press for bigger brick sizes you could significantly cut down on building time and structural flaws.

  • My god that looks like a lot of work. This project needs to cut down on the manual labor with an automated brick creation/laying system. But this is the foundational research and so far it's very interesting.

  • Wouldn't your walls be stronger if you staggered you blocks instead of putting them all side by side? Granted this would double the amount of blocks in your wall. Also did you redo the lower section of wall with cement morter or just after the point where the wall fell over?

Just wondering as I plan on making the same type of building. Thanks

  • Is that just a gravel trench? Did you just dry stack the blocks? Looks like you are building pilasters, or buttressing the wall every so often? 20 feet perhaps? What kind of press did you se for hte blocks?
