  • This video is so scary. My dad is Don Fenner. I love how they don't tell the whole story lol. He was air lifted to upstate hospital, He kept going in and out fainting. It took them just 30 to 60 mins to get him up from the track. where you see him walking. My dad was a awesome driver. The doctor told him if he ever hits his head again he will mostly likely be a vegetable. I think my dad would give anything to be racing again.

  • glad he is ok,i also raced there.i saw that accident and a couple other crashes with fire over the years, that was the only thing i was scared of-being stuck in a racecar on fire

  • @jarradw411 I can get 80 out of my kart. Shifter karts can hit 100. Superkarts can go over 150. I'm not talking about hire karts that plod around at walking pace.... Since you don't really have a clue, I'm going to leave you to do whatever it is you do.

  • @danobrien2468 Go Karts are WAY Different.Lite-Mods however they run way faster up to 80 mph. Go Karts only go up to 35 mph.

  • @jarradw411 Just because that happened once doesn't mean you can always do it. No two laps are the same in Motorsport. If you look as they're coming out of the turn, the first car that collects the #28 is right up behind another driver. That may have blocked his view of the crash in front. Now, I race karts and to keep momentum up we slide them out of corners a lot. And during a race when you're really on it, it should naturally slide to the outside and it's hard to pull it away sometimes.

  • @danobrien2468 Listen to this.I was at rolling wheels raceway in elbrdige,NY. in the sportsman series 2 cars slamed the concrete wall.they were leading the race,and......everyone on the track moved to the low side and easliy avoided the wreck..Dirt Cars at Rolling Wheels reach 160 miles an hour. And they were going 160 mph in turn 4.

  • @jarradw411 They're on a mud/gravel racetrack doing 100+mph. Car's don't just stop from that speed on that surface. And you can't just swerve. You slam the brakes on, you'll lock up and lose all control. You don't brake and just steer then you'll just understeer. Do you have no common sense?

  • @danobrien2468 People would avoid it the wreck to prevent injuries.People could easliy avoid it.

  • "look out, fire, fire." i think they've realised that....

  • Those roll cages man. There amazing.

  • @jarradw411 pffffff, alright Dario Franchitti....
