Dr. William Li, President of the Angiogenesis Foundation, presents a new way to think about treating cancer and other diseases: anti-angiogenesis, preventing the growth of blood vessels that feed a tumor. The crucial first (and best) step: Eating cancer-fighting foods that cut off the supply lines and beat cancer at its own game. This lecture was given at the February 2010 TED Conference in Long Beach, CA.

I believe it's correct. Dr. William says the shorter the bar less angiogenesis, which means bigger anti-angiogenic effect.

Isn't that graph wrong at 14:22 ? Don't we want more ANTI-angiogenesis? Or am I misunderstanding something?

To be clear, dairy doesn't cause cancer, it encourages growth.

This along with a changed diet. Give up diary and certainly reconsider greek yogurt. Greek yogurt has nearly 3 times the diary protein as other yogurts, eat it occasionally, but not regularly. Cut back on protein in general, but diary protein, I have eliminated it. I discovered Greek Yogurt, fell in love. I was a new vegetarian looking for protein. This yogurt had 20 grams of protein. I developed a breast tumor, huge. It's gone now, but it took change and a lot of research. Don't feed cancer.

Another symptoms approach missing the simple and obvious. . Continue to eat acid forming oxygen depleting anti -nutrient foods - dairy starch coffee sugars processed foods and you will have cellular degeneration ; cancer etc. There will never be a cure for gravity or basic laws of nature. Angiogenesis will be just fine if you eat fruits veggies seeds nuts etc.. I suggest ditary reform and a nutrtiious all organic whole foods blend with hemp hearts - contact me.

I love this video. It really was interesting, although long, but the information talked about

is thorough, and non repetitive. It helped me learn so much about cancer and why people get it. It is a great video to learn why it is so important for prevention, and how we can incorporate in our daily lives.

The fat loss comment at the end was interesting. Do the mice continue to overeat while on the drug? If so, and the excess is not stored in fat, does blood sugar spike to dangerous levels?

    - listen to what he is saying, you list them in the exact opposite manner. You want to reduce angiogenesis, unless you have some condition where you have a shortage of blood vessels. The shorter the bar the stronger the effect, he says this very clearly before the list comes up.
