Teutonic Lifting is German strength training.

Andreas Schmidt is Headinstructor of the functional fitness organization FITALO. In this video he presents the Teutonic Lifting method of club training with wooden clubs.

The Clubs offer a very functional way of building strength, conditioning and a better coordination.
