For the student and bus driver I can and can't see we're you are coming from. For example, the bus driver clearly punched the student and the student HAD EVERY RIGHT to defend herself. Other than that I agree with you. As for the daughter, no charges, WHAT SO EVER, are needed to be charged against her cause she was defending her mother.

@bhernandez92 I think if a parent is available to excuse the teen from getting off the bus then she should be able to. I think it's because i'm a teenager that I just feel so strongly against this. I feel that the bus driver was in the wrong, you just don't put your hands on someone else's child.
