PS I think my was painful due to me having my tubes tied. There was no where for it to go so it hurt until it drained.

I had a salinesono -it was a waste as I had a lap so I knew my uterus is normal but my RE wanted to"see for herself". It's not too painful and it is performed on cd6-cd10.

I hope that you can get your salinesonogram. I did not get that during my cycle only the HSG. And I agree that inusrance companies are bullshit and I feel the doctors are their pimps! As far as Obama's health care what I have recently heard is he is now saying is not going to make it a mandate and the health care plan is an option. If you have health care through your employer and are satisfied then you do not have to accept his health care option. I may b wrng bt that is how I understood it

I'm with Amy, my RE has it in their protocol to have salinesonagram before starting IVF. I'm praying that you will have some good news for us on Monday. You are in my prayers girl and I'm hoping for the best.

girl when you trying to get stuff done with your insurance do not tell them you doing fertility treatment or ivf . Just say you wanted it done to see if you have any polyps or something. I have a friend who works in billing at a clinic and she said when you call about something dont mention infertility.

I just had that done. Its painful, although not as bad as the HSG for the tubes. That is one of the test my IVF Dr requires before starting IVF. Im surprised that your dr didnt already do this test for you. Good luck I'll be praying for you to get the test and for every thing to be ok with it.
