Well, first on the world in this game its me.

The british can go up to 2.44, the american 2.50, the german 2.60

Now heres how to: When u jump and u r in the air, pull down your joy. So u raise feet and u can jump higher.

As it happens, I'm a referee at Twin Galaxies & I'm "filling in" the variations to encourage others to take down my feeble attempts. :D Thanks for the tips, I plan to get my Saturn back out at some point (though am currently working on some Atari 2600 titles).

best way to do the shotput, pause the game as the power bar is going up and you will get max all the time as long as you pause at the right time, but you can try like 20 times every go so you should be able to! hope this helps

Tip - make all of A + B + C + X + Y + Z power buttons, and L + R the action buttons. Wrap a bit of cloth around your fingers and rub fast on the power buttons. Honestly, you will DESTROY all your previous bests!

And for the shot put, use the same technique as the discus to build up power more easily.

High jump - use a greater angle the higher you jump - once you get over 2.40m, you need to be at about 55 degrees

1500m - use the CPU runners to push you forward so you don't use as much stamina.
