Now, for number 1, you should notice that when you ride the track on a bmx, you break every stupid bone in your body, and your kids bike resembles the state of your (mashed) legs. Ride it on an mtb, and you could maybe break your leg.
For number 2, see that they are hitting the EXACT SAME STUFF.

!. Try riding a bmx down a black downhill mtb track. Then, ride an mtb down the same track. Note down the difference.
2. Search "bmx street" on YouTube. See what kind of stuff they hit. Next, search "martin soderstrom" (he is a street/dirt mtb rider). See what kind of stuff he is hitting
