i garantee my white shepherd would have 'cesar'(with my funny voice)backed up into a corner or ran out..and he is very obediant and good with women and children,an awesome pet,but not strange men who come into my yard.This dog in the video was trying to get away from 'cesar'(again with my funny voice)almost like he had been hit or kicked by someone before

Rule 1 of dog ownership, you do not let the dog control you. It may sound cruel, but dogs aren't people, and you can't treat them like they are. You are their master, and that is that. Dogs don't negotiate, neither should you.
And no, I'm not suggesting beating your dog. That's counterproductive.

dogs who are really hyper are just smart and the problem there is not enough exersice 90% of all dog behaviour problems come from the lack of exersice

@oshitomaha Dogs can sense a persons emotion. Cesar knows what emotion to portray in order for the dog not to attack him. That's what makes him so good in doing his job.
